This year we have partnered with Sportograf to capture your individual event photos. Sportograf are an expert team of sports enthusiasts who love nothing more than to capture your special event moments. They will be using a specialist facial recognition technology to capture you wherever you are, out on the course.

Purchase your event photos pre-event and receive a 15% discount. Purchase these My Events Portal up until the 26th September 2021. You’ll then receive an email on Monday 27th September, with a free code and details on how to claim your event photos. Your photo bundle will include a minimum of 15 individual event photos.
The Photos will be available to view 48 hours post event.
How to pre-order
To purchase Individual event photos:
- Log into your My Events Portal
- Click ‘Additional purchases’
- Select the ‘Event photos’
- Checkout
What if I am deferring to 2022, changing event or doing a participant transfer?
- A 100% refund will be issued to you.
- If you are deferring to 2022 or changing to another event, you will need to re-purchase the package.
What if I do not attend on the day or there are no photos captured of me?
- 100% refund will be issued to you upon request
