27 miles exploring the idyllic English countryside
Setting off from Marlow Rugby Club, your route heads along the riverbank where you can admire the stunning riverside estates, one of which is the famed Macdonald Compleat Angler hotel.
Bearing towards the quaint village of Hambleden, you will spy the brick and flint stone houses. Often used in film sets for it’s charming personality, it has featured in the likes of Midsomer Murders and Band of Brothers.
Heading back to Marlow, you will twist and turn your way along the Thames Path, sticking with the river for most of the remaining journey.
