We provide a full range of services to our clients and patients no matter how fit or healthy they are. Our ethos is to promote exercise and to help everyone become healthier and fitter safely with right data to support lifestyle, nutrition and training challenges. Our physiology laboratory can measure metabolic parameters like your anaerobic threshold, critical power levels and VO2 max to give your individual training zones, measure your fat burning zone and nutrition information and through a full panel of blood tests check all internal systems when recommended. Through our colleagues and partners, we offer physiotherapy, sports massage, sports injury and rehabilitation, nutrition, sports psychology and personal training. We have regular clinics in London and Leicester and for clubs and societies we can bring testing facilities to you. TrailMed supports you and your health.
